The Day After Grief

The day after the grief
Full of remorse without a sigh of relief..
Lots of din behind that grin..
Yes you pretend.
Even in that throbbing pain..
Seemingly waiting your turn..
you were never so numb..
who has to blame..
No definitely not you..
Neither me all over again..
Was that love..
No going through all the hell..
I must judge..
Was it worth all that sore..
No never once more..

I am sunk.
Neither anchor nor the monk..
Well can ever say the crank..
Just show and pomp..
Temerity O you play so well
Tongue lashing and bad blood
Could we discard and be lull.
Yes you pretend
Even in that facial glare
You hide your gush..
Withering mush..
Was it worth all the sore
No never once more..
